How Much Is a Transfer from Sofia Airport to Varna?

What the price depends on:

• Your exact drop-off. Varna centre, Golden Sands (~17 km north), Albena (~30 km) and Balchik (~40 km) are priced to the address you enter.
• The vehicle. On a drive this long, many clients choose the Premium Executive or an MPV for the extra room.
• One-way or return. Book both legs together and you can see both at once.
• The time and date. Journeys starting or ending between 22:30 and 05:00, and Christmas / New Year dates, carry a surcharge (see our General Terms).

Every transfer includes meet & greet in the arrivals hall, flight tracking and 1 hour of free waiting after your flight lands.

Where will the driver meet me?

In the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, holding a name sign. They help with the luggage and walk you to the car.

It’s a long drive. Can we stop on the way?

Yes. On the Varna route we usually make one comfort stop roughly halfway. Tell the driver if you need another.

My flight lands late in the evening. Is that a problem?

No. We run 24/7 and track your flight. Note that journeys starting or ending between 22:30 and 05:00 carry an unsociable-hours surcharge. It is shown before you pay, not added afterwards.

Can you take us straight to Golden Sands, Albena or Balchik?

Yes. Enter the hotel address as your drop-off and the price is calculated to that address.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We adjust to the actual landing time. You get 1 hour of free waiting after landing, then €30 per hour plus car park fees.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are refunded minus a €15 administration fee. There is no refund with less than 24 hours’ notice. Minibus bookings cancelled less than 5 days before travel are charged in full.

How do I pay?

For airport pickups, full payment is taken online when you book.
