Booking Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations are subject to a £15 administration fee.
Refunds will not be issued if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
Minibus bookings cancelled less than 5 days before travel are charged at 100% of the booking value.

Payments

For all airport pick-ups, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For all Estate and MPV bookings, payment is required at the time of booking.
Changes to bookings made less than 3 hours prior to travel are non-refundable if we are unable to accommodate the change.

Pick-ups and Waiting Time

Residential/Business pick-ups: Free waiting time of 15 minutes. After this, a charge of £15 per 30 minutes applies.
Airport pick-ups: Free waiting time of 1 hour after flight landing. Beyond this, waiting is charged at £30 per hour plus car park fees.
Additional pick-up/drop-off between Heathrow terminals: £25 fee per stop.
Extra stops requested once the journey has commenced will incur an additional charge.

Surcharges

Unsociable hours surcharge: Journeys starting or finishing between 10:30pm and 5:00am are subject to an additional £20 fee.
Holiday charges:
- Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day – fares are charged at double the booking price.
- December 26 and December 31 – an extra charge of £60 applies.

Administration Fees

Any change made to a confirmed booking will incur an administration fee of £7.50.
