How Much Is a Transfer from Sofia Airport to Burgas?
There is no fixed price list, because every quote is calculated live for your exact journey. Enter your pickup and drop-off in the booking form and you will see the price for each vehicle before you pay. The price is confirmed at booking and does not change on the road.
What the price depends on:
- Your exact drop-off. Burgas city centre, Sunny Beach (about 35 km further north) and Sozopol (about 30 km south) are priced to the address you enter.
- The vehicle. Saloon, Estate, MPV, Premium Executive or the 16-seat Minibus.
- One-way or return. Book both legs together and you can see both at once.
- The time and date. Journeys starting or ending between 22:30 and 05:00, and Christmas / New Year dates, carry a surcharge (see our General Terms).

Where will the driver meet me?
In the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, depending on your flight, holding a name sign. They help with the luggage and walk you to the car.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time, so a delay costs you nothing. You get 1 hour of free waiting after the actual landing time. After that, waiting is charged at €30 per hour plus car park fees.
Can you take us straight to our hotel in Sunny Beach, Nessebar or Sozopol?
Yes. Enter the hotel address as your drop-off and the price is calculated to that address. You don’t change cars in Burgas.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Add them when you book so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
We have a lot of luggage. Which vehicle should we book?
For two people with standard suitcases a Saloon is enough. For families, golf bags or more than two large cases, choose the Estate or MPV. Groups of 8–16 should book the Minibus.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are refunded minus a €15 administration fee. There is no refund with less than 24 hours’ notice. Minibus bookings cancelled less than 5 days before travel are charged in full.
How do I pay?
For airport pickups, full payment is taken online when you book, so there is nothing to pay the driver.
